March 18th Lymington Society AGM – Community Centre 7.30 to 9.30pm
This is the main business meeting of the year when Members get a chance to stand for Committee or nominate fellow members. Election of offices takes place following the Chairman’s report which details the Societies activities in the year and also any current and important issues are debated and discussed.
Following on from the business section of the meeting we are pleased to welcome The Hampshire Maritime Police. As a department of special branch the Marine unit is heavily involved in daily tasks relating to the security of our coastal borders
No charge for this meeting.
With the kind permission of Rachael and Peter Nuding, the Society’s Garden Party will be taking place in the historic gardens of Elm House in Church Lane. Hidden behind the crinkle-crankle walls built by Napolionic prisoners of war, this large and beautiful garden will provide a wonderful venue for this year’s garden party.
